King/Chinook Salmon (Raw, fresh-frozen, Individually vac-packed as 1-2 lb. portions)

King salmon is exactly that, the king of the salmon. With a mild salmon flavor and very rich taste, its hard to imagine anyone, even the picky eater, not loving king salmon. King salmon is usually, but not always, available at the end of the summer.

    >> $27.99/lb. (Normally $30-34/lb.)

    Sablefish/Black Cod(Raw, fresh-frozen, individually vacuum packed as 3/4 – 1 lb. 1/2 fillet portions)

Not a salmon at all, sablefish is an incredible buttery brilliant white fish from the deep waters off Alaska. Haven’t heard of it? That’s probably because most sablefish is caught in Alaska and virtually all goes to Japan. Cook it simply with salt and pepper and you will soon agree with us that sablefish is hands down the best white fish on earth.

    >>$27.99/lb. (Normally $30-$32/lb.)

Alaskan-Style Hot Smoked Sockeye Salmon (Ready to eat, frozen, boneless, 1/2 – 1 lb. packs)

You may not have had this style of smoked salmon before, but we can all but promise you will love it. We think of it as salmon candy. The word “hot” in the title does not mean spicy, it simply refers to the low heat used to cure the salmon. Your hot smoked sockeye will come in thick strips, frozen and ready to thaw and eat. We find that enjoying at room temperature is ideal. Smoked salmon has a very long life in the freezer––a year or even much more. Although the same smoking process is used for all our hot smoked salmon, we season some with black pepper, Cajun seasoning or no seasoning at all. A variety will be available.

    >>$27.99/lb. (Normally $32/lb.)

Cold Smoked Sockeye Salmon (Ready to eat, frozen, boneless, 1/2 or full fillets)

Our cold smoked sockeye salmon is something quite different than most folks are used to. You will find that our cold smoked sockeye has a light salt taste, incredible texture and a full yet perfectly subtle smoky flavor. When you receive your salmon in the fall, you will likely have your choice between skin-on unsliced or skin-off and sliced cold smoked sockeye salmon. Both are excellent. Our customers consistently say our cold smoked salmon is the best they have had!

    >>$29.99/lb. (Normally $33-35/lb.)

*Total weight & cost of your share(s) may vary. You will be charged for actual weight.
