Now Taking Preorders

  • Greetings Cold Country Fans!

    Although I have been a fisherman most of my life, selling salmon to the public is a new venture for me. I was excited but also nervous getting things setup here in D.C. I knew I was offering the healthiest, tastiest, most sustainable salmon possible but would Washingtonians get excited about it? As it turned out, that was a stupid question. The preorders are flying in!

    I am so happy to have found a community where people care about good, sustainable food and community as much as I do.

    Thanks to the enthusiasm we have so far seen for our salmon, we think getting enough preorders to be able to bring salmon in next fall will be no problem.
