    Last winter our salmon jerky was a hit, but it was difficult to make so we made it in small batches and eventually had had to stop entirely. But we miss eating it ourselves and we have a new, more manageable technique so we’re bringing it back with a vengeance! We’ll try to have some at the farmers markets later this month and we are thinking of making it available for Share Preorder. If you have already preordered you will still be able to add jerky to your Share(s). Keep an eye out, it’s coming soon!
