As a Cold Country Salmon, LLC customer, I will receive shipments from Cold Country Salmon once per year––usually September 29th (tracking info is emailed to customer when order ships). I agree and understand that Cold Country Salmon will charge my credit card a deposit of approximately 50% of the total due including any estimated tax and shipping when I place my order. I agree and understand that Cold Country Salmon will charge my credit card for the balance approximately 2 weeks before my seafood ships. I agree that I have read and understand the Cold Country Salmon Privacy Policy below.

I understand that seafood products I purchase from Cold Country Salmon or Cold Country Seafood are wild, processed by hand, and the weight of pieces, portions, fillets or Shares may vary. I understand that my Share(s) may not be exactly 20 lbs. but may be slightly lighter or heavier and the amounts of each species/type in that share(s) may be slightly more or less than I requested.

I understand that preordering one or more Shares of seafood from Cold Country Salmon or Cold Country Seafood is a service that occurs once per year––that I will order once per year (January 1 – June 1) and my seafood will not arrive until late September or early October of the same year.

It is my obligation to update my Cold Country Salmon online account of any address changes before Sep. 1 each year (about 30 days before shipping). Cold Country Salmon will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages.

Currently we are serving customers in Virginia, D.C., and Maryland with our online preorder system. Customers in other states can call or email to ask about placing a custom preorder.
