Grilled King

  • Nicole and I grilled a lovely piece of king salmon from our freezer last night. We grilled it with stuffed mushrooms and ate a salad made with lettuce from our garden with dandelion leaves from the yard. Wow was it all good! After 10 months (literally, this king was caught last June), the salmon tasted wonderful. Amazing. Thank you flash-freezing and vacuum sealing!
