Grilled King with Heirloom Tomatos, Feta and Herbs

  • Another fine meal this evening:

    Grilled king salmon (my special “Genghis King” recipe) with Heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, feta and herbs from the garden topped with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Wow! Good balsamic vs. normal balsamic = night and day difference!
